In rock climbing, a belay anchor distributes force so that no single person absorbs the full weight of a fall. The climber does the work. The belayer stays present. But it's the anchor — fixed, silent, unwavering — that makes the whole system safe.

We built Sentinel Rock because our son is neurodivergent, and we watched him navigate emotional storms that arrived without warning and left without explanation. So we built the warning system that didn't exist.

What started as a tool for one family became something the clinicians and care coordinators we shared it with said needs to exist for every family. So here we are.

Sentinel Rock was founded by a cybersecurity and compliance executive with 15 years of enterprise GRC experience and a special education professional who has spent her career in the classroom with neurodivergent students. We are not observing this community from the outside. We are part of it.
